Nate Silver has Obama winning Michigan 96% of the time. We'll see how it goes.

That polling outfit is crap. It's the same one that had Romney winning Florida by 14 points (54-40).

I wouldn't read the Daily Kos too much if I were you. Baydoun/Foster had Obama by +3 on 10/5 in MI which was quite similar to the others.

If the government bailout of the auto industry can't at least get Obama firm footing in Michigan, then it's worse for him than I thought! I mean, what's a guy gotta do?

The RCP average in Michigan is 48.8 Obama to 44.8 Romney. That Obama is under 50% means that Michigan is possibly in play. I doubt it, but it's possible.
