Sen. Menendez's war on women: How do you make a whore moan?

Refuse to pay her. Actually, Bob just shorted her (pun intended) 80%:
Women: Sen. Bob Menendez paid us for sex in the Dominican Republic
This was hyped as a game changing expose in the Senate race. Being intellectually honest, I doubt this will play much in New Jersey. Menendez is divorced so most will give him a pass. I wouldn't, but then again, I already don't vote for Democrats intrinsically. The only traction here is that he underpaid and perhaps if he was on the government's dime at the time which seems unlikely.
