I have a friend who lately has had some difficulty in that department. Not a great deal of difficulty, but maybe once or twice a month. Is this something I can recommend to him?

Good advice. I will have to make a doctor's appointment for my friend.

My radiation and surgery took a toll in this area. The trick with Viagra is that the excitement triggers must still be in place, i.e. to get blood moving in the right direction in the first place. Viagra works to lock down the veins that return blood helping to maintain an erection.

And yes it works under these circumstances quite well.

Recommend he discuss it with his doc. Due to the surgeries I had when I had rectal cancer I will share that at times a Very low dose dose of Viagra is helpful and more for me being better for my wife than for me really.

I know someone who tried it with success but had some side effects (headaches?) so he stopped.

I have used it and it works great. Changed my life.

So what happens if someone who doesn't "need" Viagra uses it? Does it give you superpowers, or no effect at all?
