I think 30 Rock hit a steady decline in quality around the 5th season. But prior to that, and sporadically after, it's a top notch show that belongs in the pantheon for sure.

There's been funnier stuff on TV outside of that admittedly hilarious scene, though, Cinepro. I'm disappointed. Whole episodes of Arrested Development would qualify.

I would definitely rank the Heather Graham episode of Arrested Development up there. Also the one with "And that's why you never try to teach your son a lesson..."
