Yep. It was not much here in Brooklyn---an average blizzard. A few inches of snow here and in the city that have started to melt off a lot already. The eastern part of Long Island did get hit badly as did places up the coast like Connecticut.
We're fine.

One of my old problems:
There is a community (state...) is
- sending people to the Moon
- sending messages into the far space
- showing every corner of our world - ...
Is This the Secret U.S. Drone Base in Saudi Arabia? (link) ...
... and that society/community is cracking because of some snow or wind.
Please don't misunderstand me. Victims of catastrophes should be helped, saved, patronized.
Are we subduers of our world? (Genesis 1:28)

Well, besides a lesson in humility in the face of natural forces, this points to a bigger material problem, ludwig. One reason these storms have been devastating along Long Island (and some of the other places) is that there is no sufficient infrastructure in place. And this is the result of current conservative political policies and tendencies.
