The health industry, by and large, advocated for Obamacare. Why? Because of the guaranteed market; everyone must by insurance and the government would advertise for them (exchanges). Now of course the lobby has corrupted even Republicans. That is why it was incumbent on us to stop it in November before it took root. Now the big bad corporations have control which is contrary to liberal thinking and the corporations are less subject to the market which is contrary to conservative thinking.

On top of that consider this from the article:

But Idaho Gov. Butch Otter supports a state exchange, arguing that otherwise Idaho would "be at the federal government's mercy in how that exchange is designed and run." But setting up a state exchange doesn't change that.

Obamacare gives the U.S. secretary of health and human services power to impose on exchanges "such ... requirements as the Secretary determines appropriate." A forthcoming Cato Institute report on the exchanges says Obamacare "empowers the secretary to require state-funded exchanges to operate exactly as she would operate a federal exchange."

Which is what liberals wanted as it is one step from nationalized health care.

The bottom line is that everything become more expensive at a faster rate and your health care choices are subject more and more to regulation because the are fewer market forces allowed to tell the market what to do.
