The trouble with "vagina"

A sex education teacher has found himself in controversy for using the word "vagina".
http://live.huffingtonpost.com/r/archive/segment/teacher-criticized-for-saying-vagina-speaks-out/5154e5a102a76031a40001baAs a medical illustrator and anatomist, I find this quite appropriate.
Laws must be passed that require medical schools, biology classes, sex education classes and anatomy classes to refrain from using objectionable terms such as vagina, vulva, clitoris, labia, pubis, breast, nipple, areola, penis, glans, foreskin, testicle, rectum, anus, urination, defecation and perineum.
The law should require that less objectionable terms should be used when ever applicable such as woo woo, crack, beaver, slit, pussy, hooters, rack, boobs, dick, dong, cock, pecker, head, balls, bullocks, stones, cojones, piss and crap to describe anatomy and bodily functions.
Just say'en.

Yes.
Agree.
Some so-called teachers in the name of so-called science are going too far in the so-called teaching

They should be limited
You should illustrate only
special cases[#img]

Schools should teach real geography

Posts of
"any depiction, whether in photographic or cartoon format, of genitalia of either sex or female nipple or areola" should be banned.
Dr. Shades (to me) wrote:You still haven't given me any assurance that if your image posting privileges are restored you nevertheless will never again post any depiction, whether in photographic or cartoon format, of genitalia of either sex or female nipple or areola.

I have no problem using the scientific names. However, I do have a problem with many of the more ambitious sex educational programs, particularly the ones emanating from Planned Parenthood, which seek to separate parental values from parent's children and sexualize them at an early age to keep their primary source of funds, abortions, moving at full swing and to cater to the appetites of homosexuals and pedophiles.
It's also apparent from the article that the objection to the class and the teacher went far beyond the simple utterance of the word "vagina".

The most troubling thing about the word vagina is finding a word that ryhmes with it for a poem.

medical illustrator? my high school guidance counselor recommended that profession to me...but alas, it was not to be.
You are among a rare breed indeed. I often had wondered what would have happened if i had heeded her advice....now i have an insight.

Just remember to use the phrase "breaking the law of Chastity" rather than the word masturbation while posting to the Mormon Dialogue and Discussion Board and you should have no troubles. Medical and proper terminology can be way too nasty.
Best to speak biblically, as in "if you knew Suzie as I know Suzie"....

Cartier has ordered a Parsons design student to cease sales of his "Cuntier" hats spoofing the jewelry brand, the Daily Beast reports.
As parodies go, Cartier didn't think it was such a gem. (Ha!)
Soho boutique American Two Shot, one of the outlets for the creator and small-time manufacturer known only as Fahad, confirmed to The Huffington Post that it had removed the merchandise from the store. "Kind of a shame," sales associate Krickie Pisaturo said to HuffPost. "Fashion is so serious and it was just like a play on words."
A Cartier spokeswoman declined to comment.
