PHILADELPHIA – A Delaware woman who worked for abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell recalled hearing one child “screaming” after it was delivered alive during an abortion procedure at Gosnell’s West Philadelphia clinic.
Sherry West, of Bear, said she was loyal to Gosnell – who is now facing multiple counts of murder for allegedly killing children after they were delivered alive at his clinic – but said the incident “really freaked me out.”
When Assistant District Attorney Joanne Pescatore pressed the 53-year-old West for specifics about the incident, West struggled to answer, clearly uncomfortable with the memory.
“I can’t describe it. It sounded like a little alien,” West testified, telling a judge and Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas jury that the body of the child was about 18 to 24 inches long and was one of the largest babies she had seen delivered during abortion procedures at Gosnell’s clinic.
West said she saw the child, whose face and features were not yet completely formed, lying on a glass tray on a shelf and she told a co-worker to call Gosnell about it and fled the room.
Gosnell is facing a possible death sentence if convicted.

Of course in this particular case, many of these abortions are black and their mothers poor and therefore targets of Left-wing/Planned Parenthood euthanasia so it really doesn't matter right?

Disturbing stuff. Just another friendly neighborhood eugenicist's laboratory. Nothing to see here. 18 to 24 inch baby is full term. Pretty sad. Poor thing.

24 inches is actually on the high normal side for live births. To think that this fetus did not have developed facial features would be very abnormal. This story needs greater scrutiny.

This doctor violated the law and committed murder.
The PA dep't of health stopped inspecting abortion clinics in '93, except for when it had complaints. If they had been doing their job, he would have been stopped long ago.
Of course, if abortion opponents have their way, all clinics will be illegal and escape inspection. Expect more of these stories in states where abortion is no longer possible to obtain legally. Preventing access to legal abortion won't stop abortion. It will just stop safe and inspected abortions.

It really is unfortunate that the church doesn't take a more bold and noble stand on abortion (as well as other issues that need to be decried publicly)... what can possibly be more important than the daily murder of 3,000 unborn babies in the U.S.? Hearing stories like this makes you want to cry and it turns your stomach - if I ever saw a doctor do anything like some of the things former Congressman (and doctor) Ron Paul described upon walking into O.R. rooms where abortions were being performed (while an M.D. before his political career began), I'd lose it and go after the physican performing the procedure! It's amazing the Lord stays his hand from this nation given that since 1973, there have been 55 million abortions in the U.S., which is 15% of our current national population. Throw in these wars of aggression for profit for our military-industrial complex, the bogus 'war on terror' where we've killed over a million Iraqis since 9/11 (which was an inside job) because Saddam was going to begin only transacting oil sales in gold or euros instead of the dollar and the constant raping and pillaging of our nation by a private bank (the 'Fed'), all while we watch 'American Idol' and 'Dancing with the Stars' and we are ripe (just check out Ether chapter 8 in the B of M).

By the way, hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and look forward to making this a home in cyberspace where like-minded Saints can share their opinions and views on everything from church issues to political issues.
