Obama's response has consistently one of refusing any responsibility for any of the above scandals....attempting to conceal any truth nuder the paper of countless resignations....people doing such nefarious and irresponsible things without him ever being the wiser.
Sure other administration may have been guilty of one or more of similar scandals...but most have been capable of keeping that list pretty brief, as far as "public" knowledge...so, either these are not-so-well kept secrets or necessary distractions.

So he is either corrupt and lying...or telling the truth and incompetent...which is it?

i am willing to let his faithful determine if it is corruption or incompetence...honestly, i am heavily leaning that singular to his talents- it is incompetence, which is what his corrupt handlers wanted. If ever there were a more titular US President, i have not read about him.
