You must not live in the US. In the case of Zimmerman, they are casting doubt on his upbringing and membership in a culture and a "protected minority" class. In the case of Obama, they are creating an experience that didn't exist to increase his credibility. In each case, the media is working for the Left to advance it's agenda.

"White Hispanic" also seems to be the order of the day. My best friend is also from mixed Hispanic and White parentage. He is justifiably outraged at what is going on in this case.

The question of college money is beyond silly.

Both the people involved in this case were humans. Ethnicity has no bearing. If you want to make that an issue, you really need to do some personal reflection and try to understand why that matters to you.

Actually, I do live in the US...but I still don't understand what one has to do with the other. Now I know there are certainly plenty of the the right wing persuasion who connect all dots and arrive at Obama but I think this is a stretch. But don't let reason get in the way of your demonizing.
