In New York from January to June 2008, 83 percent of all gun assailants were black, according to witnesses and victims, though blacks were only 24 percent of the population. Blacks and Hispanics together accounted for 98 percent of all gun assailants. Forty-nine of every 50 muggings and murders in the Big Apple were the work of black or Hispanic criminals.

So, the real victims of hate crimes and racism in our modern times are those who pity black people, those who consider "the white devil" to be oppressing black people.
So, my liberal friends, explain how the white devil has forced the black population into being this nation's largest perpetrators of hate crimes?

It's not that blacks commit more crimes. It's because the police, district attorneys, and judges are all racist. They racially profile black people and give longer sentences to black people for committing the same crime as white people. White people are out committing just as many or more crimes than black people, but racist police officers don't enforce the law against white people. It's all because of white racial discrimination against black people half a century ago. It's the white peoples fault when black people commit crimes.

Because of past racial discrimination we need to change sentencing laws so that they are harsh for white people but mild to nonexistent for blacks, because the way black people behave isn't really their fault. It's white peoples fault and black people should not be held responsible for that. We call it therapeutic jurisprudence and judges discretion.
