Don't be a tosser.
That said, with the Book of Mormon, we are not dealing with a civilization with no written record. What we are dealing with is a written record with no civilization. (Runtu, Feb 2015)

Yes, deleted. It was a mistake to think that I could ask for prayers here on behalf of my dying friend without being ridiculed.

Why not do something more substantial? E.g., why not tell us how we might, say, set up a fund for her care?

My friend has MSA. This is the information on her disease:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiple_system_atrophy

It is terminal and she has been given 5 years.

If anyone would like to contribute to her care, please PM me.

Yoda, I think that you're wrong - there are many members of this board who will offer prayers, good thoughts, etc, and who will (as far as the medium allows) mourn with you. Even those who may vehemently disagree with you on many topics are not completely heartless.

I think that Dr Scratch has a good idea - not mutually exclusive with praying.

You have friends here, Yoda. (including one in Toronto)
