California...
Utah has worse air than we do now, at least that's what I heard. Growing up in so cal we used to have days we couldn't go outside and play. But now days it is not that bad. I heard Houston is way worse than LA, but I could be wrong. For the past two years I have been a block from the Ocean so I may be in a bubble.
