No worrys..... I'll try to get it done here.
I'm forcing myself to go to the Department of Workforce Services in the morning, and to get them to help push me with things, so being there should help me get some things done, including that paperwork.

Would it be asking too much of your royal highness to answer the question?

How many pages front and back total are there?

Posting on forums I don't have to think much, just absorb information and then write it, and it's a form of "zoning out" too, since being on the computer is most all I've been able to do physically speaking.

I enjoy that part of it as well. I never could get much benefit from the CPAP machine. I know there's nothing worse than not being able to sleep or even to just sleep poorly. It's impossible to explain to someone what it's like to be tired all the time. Even other medical professionals I know don't understand it. You can't understand it unless you have to live it.

Ugh!

Fold the faqing papers in half.
Fill them out in halves, one half at a time.

Or...sit at the computer and type the information into a word document, page by page. Then transfer the information to the form by hand.

I'm sorry that CPAP was of little benefit to you. I know that many have been greatly helped by it, including my Down's Syndrome daughter. I hope you find something that does work for you. I understand that there are other ways of treating sleep apnea that have worked for some people. I hope you find one that works for you.

I'm sorry that you have sleep apnea, ldsfaqs, but I am glad that problem has been identified so it can be dealt with. Sleep deprivation can adversely affect every aspect of one's life, mentally, physically and emotionally. Good luck on treating that condition, as well as your other health issues! That would probably make a world of difference for you.

I just wanted to point out that there are different types/styles of CPAP machines. Of course we're all stuck with whatever our insurance is willing to provide. Don't even get me started on that.

Hey CPAP peeps,

A couple of my family members who use CPAP machines also have these pillows. Have you tried these?

Holy crap, Lee!

It is not simply nature sounds. It has brain wave pulses embedded into the recording (don't ask me how they do that) and it makes you relax and fall asleep. He has whole sleep system recordings. There's one on youtube "Delta Waves" that runs 8 full hours. Try the Sleepy Ocean link above.

I suppose that could help with central sleep apnea (assuming that the brain wave pulses supposedly embedded really are there and actually work), but the most common type of apnea is obstructive sleep apnea, caused by the throat muscles intermittently relaxing and closing off the airway during sleep. I would guess that relaxing nature sounds could make that type of apnea worse. According to these and other websites I have peeked at, both those kinds of apnea can be caused or aggravated by obesity (among other medical conditions).
