I don't know if it will help, but I used to suffer from chronic headaches.

I found out they got worse when I would lie down.

The closer I got to horizontal, the worse it got.

Then I would have to sit in a chair upright and gut it out until the pain finally went away.

Over time, I took to sleeping in a recliner.

I have been doing so for years now, and it really helps with my headaches.

I don't know if it will help for your issues, but it might be worth giving it a try.

Who knows?

Not to bombard you with advice, but the sleep apnea, weight, depression, and diabetes all cluster together and reinforce each other. Chipping away at one will likely help you with the others. I'm taking back any help extended. I know this person has many many problems and will not be able to change for the better for a long time and with significant struggle. But I can't in good conscience continue to offer help to someone who a few hours later is back to spewing hateful ugliness.

Had faqs read my comment? Did he think about the entire thread before he posted? No he used it as yet another excuse to, in his own words, "zone out" and repost the kind of unthinking ugly garbage that he always does. He clearly knows nothing about the topic but doesn't let that stop him.

I don't need to be concerned about helping someone whose mission is to spread filth and ignorance.

Geez, Blixa, I dunno. The kind of changes he wants to make are positive things. Any help I can give costs me only a couple of minutes and a few keystrokes. If something I can say might be of help to a fellow human who I think is clearly suffering, why not say it.

Real change is hard, and I've never met anyone who vowed to turn over a new leaf and instantly became a new person. It takes a phenomenal amount of effort to change. I hope he is able to make the lifestyle changes that will put him in better health.
