No, I have no def.
I tried to decode it, and failed. Not the first time, by the way...

That's what I'm talking about.

She saw me make a brief comment in the other forum, spazed out and came over here all over me needing to tell me how terrible I am blah blah blah.
You're entirely missing the context of what I'm talking about, so get a clue. And move on with your ignorant self.

You have perfectly illustrated my point here. Once again, you see yourself as the victim and what happens to you is everyone else's fault.

I saw what Blixa wrote and I saw your response. It's amusing to see you use the word 'ignorant' multiple times in a post- you clearly are projecting what you feel about yourself.

By the way, don't tell me or anyone else to move on. You are here being an ass, and there will always be someone here to tell you you're an ass.

But keep posting, I love using your quotes to demonstrate to my friends what "Mormons" are like--I figure your words alone have kept an entire stake's worth of people from considering Mormonism as a viable religion choice in the last year.

Listen, Blixa is the one that attacked me for a simple comment asking if folks noticed the race batting in the liberal Salt Lake Trib article posted inthe Terrestrial Forum. Like usual, you are confused Jersey Girl.... SHE is the one who decided to belittle me, I simply responded to her belittling.

I really wish you people would get over yourselves, the manic need to diagnose me, etc. etc.
There isn't a single one of you I've "stalked" EVER..... Yes, I make my views known of the words and ideology held by people, but that's it, and it's entirely legit. I was trying to mostly leave, and Blixa knew I was leaving, yet she had to spaz out and belittle me simply because I made a simple small statement that was critical of her ideological side, thus her indirectly.

If she needed to respond to my comment, she could have done so that thread, instead of needing to attack me in this thread.
Geez.....

Do you mind if I add one?

4. In order for it to look like faqer is leaving, all others must first 'move on' with their 'ignorant selves.'

perhaps consulting George Orwell would help.

I live over here and am fairly conversant with English. The phrase as best as I can tell has special meanings for some political groups. Or as faqs is using it, it is a shibboleth.

perhaps,

LDSFaqs,

You know I don't need to say this, but your physical issues are mostly related to obesity. My spouse worked in a sleep center for a while, and I'll tell you that 99% that had sleep apnea were obese. I had a co-worker who retired out of the military, and he was grossly overweight. Guess what? Sleep apnea & depression. Surprise surprise.

You gotta lose the weight. And, you know as well as I do because fitness was such a huge part of your life for so long, that being physically fit will lead to mental well being (much more so than being a fat ass).

Start slow again. Just take some walks around your block, and build on that. Get out of your apartment. Get some air. Count your calories. Set some health and wellness goals and get after it. Get off the fuckin' internet and get outside.

Already mentioned walking outdoors to him. Here was his reply:

Ya weight, discipline and purpose again. Starting with the basics.
LOL, never was into/believed in "walking", I've always done the real exercise for flexibility, power, strength, muscle dev, fat loss etc.
Walking too slow and easy for me. :) But, depends on what people need and want. It helps people, so not knocking it. Just not my speed.
I used to be able to jump up and kick a light fixture of a standard ceiling height. I will be able to do it again within a year and a half or so.
I'll then have to find some rich person to pay for my plastic surgery to get rid of the extra skin, LOL

I've never seen so many excuses from any one person.

So, walking is too easy? He'd rather spend his time doing 'real work' like kicking lightbulbs out of sockets? Well, I have a solution... go walking with a sled:

Can't afford a sled? Tie yourself to someone's cast-off tire:

What's that you say? Can't tear yourself away from watching ridiculous YouTube videos long enough to drag stuff or kick out light bulbs? I have a solution for that, too. Grab your precious television and take it for a walk.

I have severe Sleep Apnea..... finally been properly diagnosed.
I've likely had it since I first gained weight at the beginning of my marriage, though it wasn't as severe then, but it still would have played a role.
It got more severe immediately after my marriage ended and lost everything due to the ex with weight gain and less activity.
However, I've also learned that part of what was keeping me going in my marriage is my dopamine and serotonin levels were higher, even though less oxygen causes them to go down.

The "love" and closeness of my family, despite issues with the wife, increased my levels, thus was able to counter balance some my physical health by increasing those chemicals. But once that was removed, having nothing and no one, and the sleep apnea, I crashed, and have been trying to recover ever since, having brief periods of success by artificially increasing my levels through motivation and possibility of family love again, but it was only temporary.

Imagine a person in a room losing Oxygen in the room, and barely able to move.
That's close to what my life is like.

Up till my marriage, I was a top athlete in several disciplines, and I was supposed to have a career first in Fitness and Education.
So, I'm light years in knowledge and having actually done various things for the body.
Knowledge isn't the problem. Lack of Oxygen and true close Love of Family is.
If none of you wish to understand that, but wish to falsely mock and represent a person instead, then that's who you are.
