It should be noted that in AZ the cultists are shouting, “Count the votes!”, while in in PA and MI they’re chanting, “Stop the votes!”

Clarification in two lawsuits. The Trump campaign claimed their suit in PA was because they weren't given access to the counting process. Actually, it was about how close observers could stand to the workers. An intermediate appellate court ruled 6 feet. The election board has appealed to the the State Supreme Court.

In this morning's weird Clark County press conference (weird, as the officials refused to identify themselves), they had a woman speak about how her ballot had been filled out and signed by someone else. At the County's press conference, they said that she had brought her complaint to the elections officials. They met with her and inspected the ballot, and concluded that it was her signature on the ballot. The complaint was examined by the Secretary of State's office. They asked her to sign an affidavit, which she refused.

Update: the Michigan lawsuit over observer access has been dismissed. As counting is over, it's moot.

Update: the PA Supreme Court affirmed the Court of Appeals, so six feet it is. The voting continues.

Update: in another lawsuit, court orders election officials to separate people who confirmed their IDs after the date the GOP claims the deadline is. This is a sensible approach that preserves the evidence until the judge decides the issue. The GOP claims the deadline is two days earlier than the Election Board says. This is not likely to involve many votes.

The GOP asked the U.S. Supreme Court today to order PA to segregate the mail in ballots that arrived after Tuesday from the rest of the mail in ballots and to wait to count them until after the legal issue has been resolved.

This is borderline frivolous. The PA Supreme Court already ordered the late-arriving ballots to be segregated and the vote counters are doing just that. But the Supreme Court won't rule on the legal issues unless it matters, i.e., changes who gets PA's electoral votes. And they can't know that unless they count the late arriving ballots.

This looks like desperation.

The GOP sued in federal court in Nevada to stop the use of signature verification machines. The federal judge denied the request. A similar suit in State Court flames out as well.

If Dems were trying to steal the election wouldn't they have made off with the Senate?

Utah's criminal Attorney General Sean Reyes has taken a political junket to Nevada to help litigate the election in favor of Trump. While there he will be able to bet on some BYU games.

The US Supreme Court granted the GOP motion to segregate the late-arriving PA ballots (which was already being done per an order from the PA Supreme Court. The Court did not prohibit election workers from counting the segregated ballots.
