You also don't have any idea how burden of proof works. You don't get to show a deceptively edited video clip and say "prove my baseless interpretation of this is wrong." The onus is on you to back up your interpretation especially when the GOP operatives who decided to lie to you about it, edited it for effect. On my side, I have people in the know who were actually there, who know the ins and outs of the process, some Republicans, stating that this was just another day of ballot counting, nothing nefarious going on at all.
