Yes, but that isn't the point.... Watch the videos and understand the point.
For example, he was the ONLY one they went after, even though what he did is something almost everyone does, it's a "minor" violation of the law in question.
Those who had done far worse, got no punishment.
They show how it was clearly a Political liberal witchhunt, not in fact a simple criminal violation.
They gave another example of the person who made the other video.

There are other examples out there. There are several "Whistleblowers" who've exposed government corruption (liberals) and yet rather than being celebrated they've been put in jail by the Obama Admin.
