Been there? He helped design it during his brief autodidact spell as a city planner and architect -- around the same time he was collaborating with Stephen Sondheim, and providing private music lessons to Run-D.M.C. He gave it up though because there was no challenge in it.

Never been the New York City, but always wanted to go for a visit. Visited Niagara Falls though. I hear spring and fall are quite nice. Summers too hot, and winters BRRRRR cold.

Come visit. NYers are much nicer in person than our reputation would lead you to believe. It can get a bit cold in winter, but NYC is truly lovely at Christmas. The city really does go all out for the holidays.
