Bach is trolling. I don't know why people respond without understanding the premise that he is trolling in the most base, half-wit style. It's not clever; it's not insightful; it's just one person's screwed up way of going after others.

As far as the McDonald is concerned, the initial police report was completely fabricated. The video that contradicts the police version of events only recently came out. If the assertion is that Obama was aware of the video a year ago, that assertion hasn't made it to any credible source I'm aware of it. So if this were an actual argument and not a crude troll job, the first step would be to request evidence that Obama had reviewed the discrepancy between what police said happened and the hard evidence contradicting it about a year ago. That would be a weird thing for Obama to be doing with his time. He's only commented after these stories and their problems have made it to the national coverage stage.
