Re: This is so unbelievably sad
LOL.... They are it appears calling "more than 1" person shot as a "mass shooting".
If it's so sad to you, then why aren't you liberals doing something about it and talking about it concerning Chicago and other similar LIBERAL city's which all have massive gun controls and yet where also most "mass shootings" occur?
Kevin, stop being so "sad".... and solve the problems you liberals have created, your welfare state, your abortion state, both destroying the black family, etc.
Also, impliment mental health into background checks.
Stop fanatical Islam ideology entering the country.
But, let's not do things that would actually work, let's restrict people from even having guns, or any reasonable related things.
That's all you people focus on..... guns guns guns, instead of the SOURCES of the problems. Guns don't kill people, people do.
In place where guns are barely existing, people kill people instead with Knives, Machete's, etc. including MASS far more than more than 1.
As an example.....
Ya, let's not actual facts and truth get in the way of liberal fantasy land.....
27 Dead, 109 Injured in Knife Attack at Chinese Train Station
Fifty killed in a knife attack at a Chinese colliery
On March 23, 2010, Zheng Minsheng (郑民生)[7] 41, murdered eight children with a knife in an elementary school in Nanping,[8] Fujian province
Chen Kangbing, 33 (陈康炳)[12] at Hongfu Primary School wounded 16 students and a teacher
47-year-old Xu Yuyuan went to Zhongxin Kindergarten[15] and stabbed 28 students and two teachers after stabbing the security guard;[9] most of the Taixing students were 4 years old.
..... and many many more world wide.......
Machete is often the weapon of choice for most in mass killing.
- Let's also not forget that "death rates" don't in fact go down in ANY country, state, city, etc. that has implimented "gun control" including complete bans or near so. To be far, "suicide" death rates do go down, but, that's a choice, not someone harming others.
- Oh, and almost everyone also violent crime goes up, including innocent death where there is gun control, because the innocent no longer can protect themselves or others.
So again..... we see liberal lack of intellect exposed, that it's all about "emotion", not about trying to stop "violent death or crime".

Re: This is so unbelievably sad
I notice that ldsfuqs has simply repeated the post below in this thread. He originally posted the exact words in another thread, and turned tail and ran when I asked for references.

Does he think no one will notice it's the same post here, again with no references? no problem, I'll just repeat my request for references:

Sigh. Once again, you fuqqer, please provide references for the above assertions of fact-ALL OF THEM. Please start with your reference that all violent crime statistics increase with the introduction of gun control.
And once again, references must be documented and published in legitimate sources. Statistical assertions, especially, require legitimate statistical analyses.

Re: This is so unbelievably sad
A mass shooting is defined as 4 or more victims, and that seems to be able to include the shooter.
That is a lot of damned people being shot. So, if "only" 3 people are shot it does NOT count in the mass shooting numbers.
From the article that FAGS apparently couldn't be bothered to read. You know how lazy libruls r!!!1

The moderators of the subreddit -- which is not actually of the belief that guns are cool -- use a broad definition of mass shooting, listing every event in which "four or more people [including the shooter] are shot in a spree." Under this definition, a shooting that wounds at least four people, but doesn't kill them, is still a mass shooting. That means the mass shooting in San Bernardino wasn't even the first one on Wednesday -- one woman was killed and three people were injured in an early morning shooting in Savannah, Georgia.

If conservatives were really concerned about addressing the issue of mental health, as you seem to advocate, why did conservatives like Ronald Reagan throughout the country systematically close down so many functional, state run mental health facilities? Can there be any reasonable doubt that this contributed greatly to the number of homeless people on the streets and people running around loose who are mentally unbalanced and desperate enough to become potential mass killers?
No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.
