Probably not. But the evidence was weighed extensively in a court of law. The jurors, not me, concluded that Travon could have easily fled the situation had he wanted to do so.
And when the confederates saw Jackson standing fearless as a stone wall the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

Exactly. We do know he was the one following Travon and that Travon was not doing anything suspicious.
But the evidence was weighed extensively in a court of law. The jurors, not me, concluded that Travon could have easily fled the situation had he wanted to do so.
Supposedly so did the jury in the OJ trail.
