Every thing is complicated until you know how to do it. Then it's easy.

I found this cow like creature by using Google image search (searched for cow gif), opened it (important) and then copied the image URL. That part is also important!

Right click on the image and select "copy image url". Do not use "copy image".

Then, in your post, select Img at the top of your post page. Paste the url between the two [img] [img] symbols.

Try it, Pal! I will help you if you need it.

Can't post - says "It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image. Please verify that the URL you entered is correct - You stupid screen-licking cow"

Some of mine come up like that, too. I just search for another similar image. All of mine come from google images.

My pleasure, Lemmie! When I first started posting here, I knew nothing about message boards. I had to ask Shades how it was done. I don't know why, but you can't post an image from your hard drive (except avatar images).

It has to be an image that has already been posted on the web. Hence the need to use the image URL. If I want to create an image to use here, I first post it on a photo bucket account and use the URL from there.
