So, clearly I didn't "run away" at all.

You are a liar, as I show over and over again.

Um, he didn't need links, as he made clear. The fact that you even responded to him with links was hilarious.

Ldsfaqs seems not to grasp the fact that the internet is forever, and the lies he has been caught in and the disgusting things he has said here, ad nauseam, will follow him everywhere.

Also, Ceeboo, no good deed goes unpunished, hey?

I'm not bothered in the least of anything I've ever said on this forum.
I have always made absolutely sure I was truthful and factual in everything I've said, whenever I've opened my mouth, and the couple of brief mistakes I did make on this forum, I always immediately admitted that mistake. Every time I speak, if there's something I don't have enough of the facts off the top of my head, I deeply research it again to make sure of what I speak, and some things I research super deep. As an example, WMD's in Iraq and Sadaam supporting terrorists in Iraq. It was a post on this forum which sparked me to deep Google to find the actual truth, that there were plenty of WMD's in Iraq and Sadaam did in fact support terrorists in country, training grounds etc., as well as money. Of course, I already knew this information from talk radio from military commanders etc., but on a discussion forum especially at first I've backed up everything I've said. Of course, that doesn't mean every single time I talk I'm going to link, but I still link plenty, and it's not like you people care anyway, you then just mock the links. Mockery is what you care about, not truth and right.

The only thing I wish I didn't do on the internet is the vulgarity when vulgarity and other terrible things were said about me and otherwise.
But, that's passion, not evil..... Truth and right is more important. Sure, vulgarity is wrong, but it has it's place.

So, I'm all good. I've spent my entire life intentionally seeking, experiencing, to know good from evil, truth from falsehood, experiencing all types of peoples, religions, classes, morality, etc.. so as to judge things in their actual form. It's one of my expertise, it's my talent. So, you don't scare me, and neither does my own views and actions.

Oh, two other things I regret....
1. What I said about Kevin G.'s son.... while I don't regret what I said, I regret I didn't make it more clear what I was meaning, that I wasn't somehow attacking his son. Of course, it doesn't matter, even when I tried explaining it all, the liberal doesn't comprehend, so danged if one does, danged if they don't.
2. I also regret the "time" I've spent on this forum. It's been a huge waste. Not that I wouldn't have been doing something else that wasted time, because of my health, but still, double edged sword.... it had benefits and usefulness as I've said in the previous post, but still.... kicking against the pricks is still kicking against the pricks. Serves little worthwhile purpose unless brief and just the facts only.

What you don't understand is that Left and Right has existed forever.....
Left has always described your kind, and Right has always described the religious and good, my kind.

The struggle between good and evil, their ideology's has existed forever. Only names have changed of them.
Left and Right however, has always remained consistent.

There for example is no "religious Left"..... there is, but they are always called for what they are, a distortion and perversion of God's teachings.
The are things like Liberal Christians, Gay Priests, LGBT "christian" churches, etc. etc., a small segment and distortion of True Christianity, based in the Commandments of God, in Jesus as the Christ the Savior of the World, truth and right, not perversion, not distortion, etc.

Your's and my ideology is nothing "new"..... it's existed for eons. You are Left, I am Right.

I'm pretty sure I understand what faqs is talking about. It's a reinterpretation of the entire sermon on the mount that asserts that when certain Roman or Jewish laws and/or customs are taken into account, Jesus was telling his disciples to fight back in passive aggressive or active aggressive ways. When I first heard this several years back, I was really curious about it. So I decided to try and figure out whether this reinterpretation had any validity. I found a bunch of websites that took this position and then traced back any cited sources. I know I traced them back to a single source -- It may have been Walter Wink. cpt.org/files/BN%20-%20Jesus'%20Third%20Way.pdf Although he had some citations, none of them supported the very specific claims on which his interpretation was based. For example, I could not find a citation to his claim that Roman soldiers could force people to carry their stuff, but only for a mile. Or two his many assertions about the difference between hitting someone on the right and left cheeks. There may be actual historical evidence for his claims, but I couldn't find it.

Winks was asserting that Jesus was neither advocating pacifism or active resistance in response to evil. His thesis was that Jesus was promoting a third way -- a way of maintaining human dignity in the face of oppression. But lots of folks like faqs take what Winks said and stretch it even further to justify responding in an aggressive and retaliatory manner to what they perceive as evil. They literally twist what the Bible says into its exact opposite in order to justify un-Christlike behavior.

Brad Hudson wrote:FAQs, Jesus was pretty clear about the whole sword thing. Jesus gets a sword. You are not Jesus. You have to put your sword down, love your enemy, and turn the other cheek.

And here's an example of how liberals and anti-mormons distort truth.

1. First the Apostles carried swords, thus clearly Jesus was just fine for people having weapons for self defense.
2. The "context" of Jesus's statement to Peter after he cut the ear off one of Jesus's captor's was that it was "meant to be", that it's not the time to fight, if you fight, you will die, as well that the Apostles had another mission, to save the worlds souls, not to die as warriors.
3. As to Jesus's sword, yes, he get's the sword, but believers in Him are his swords in the world, thus you would be wrong yet again.
4. I do love my enemy, which is why I show them what they are and do, so they can repent.
5. Turn the other cheek doesn't mean what you think it means, it's one of the most misunderstood scriptures. I won't get into that here, you can study on your own, which you likely won't do, and if you do, won't do well enough to fully understand all it's nuances and truth.

Anyway, I know I'm a bigot against bigotry, and I'm harsh in my condemnation, both of which in the degree I take them, aren't the ways of Jesus.
But there is no question the truth's and things I expound are absolutely on the side of right and truth, and Leftism and anti-mormon is not and NEVER will be of the good, right, light, and truth. I've spent my entire life primarily focused on knowing, feeling, and seeing what is really such in those things.

It's not those here..... those here and said beliefs are the perversion of such, thus of the devil. Pure and simple. The devil and his minions deserve no respect.

1. We aren't talking about self-defense. What you are doing on this board is not self-defense. Your claims about swords were recently corrected in another thread. What Jesus actually said right after telling Peter to put his sword down was something like "he who lives by the sword, dies by the sword." He didn't say, "no sword this time, Peter, but from now on slash away."

2. Nowhere did Jesus teach his followers to use violence against their enemies. The one time he resorted to physical violence was against the religious hypocrites of his day. Even then, he didn't direct his followers to resort to violence.

3. Cite your Biblical authority from Jesus that designates you as his sword.

4. Other than when addressing the religious hypocrites of his day, show me where Jesus engaged in the kinds of verbal abuse you dish out here in every post. You've deluded yourself that hate=love, which is something Jesus never taught.

5. I've studied Walter Wink's "Third Way" and found it lacking historical support for the specific claims he makes about Roman and Jewish law and custom. Even so, nothing in Wink's "Third Way" would justify the kind of active hatred you foment and your self-perceived enemies.

Once you admit to employing bigotry as a weapon, you disqualify yourself from taking the words of Jesus seriously.

Ya, like Jesus was never aggressive, condemnatory, etc.

Nobody has said love isn't the way. We are talking ideology's here and powers of darkenss and light.
I've mentioned my roommates several times in how much they embrace wickedness.
But, they love me.... because I show them love. We also don't generally talk about ideology's, but if we did, there would still be respect.

But at this sort of place..... you all have no problem condemning what you think is evil about the Church, about conservatism, and the people invovled, including mockery etc. Yet, heaven forbid you are shown who you really are, and condemned for it, further showing how truly evil you people are.

Again, you damned plagiarist, would you like to have the integrity to cite the website from which you lifted IN ITS ENTIRETY the list you give below?

But yes, keep telling us how honest you are, and how you are an emissary for the Mormon church. The Mormons just love it when a Mormon cheats, plagiarizes and lies online, and announces over and over he commits his sins in the name of Mormonism.

ldsfaqs wrote:Oh and by the way.... Jesus most certainly condemns Liberal Ideology.... It's all through the scriptures, just obviously not under that "name".
Ideology however is always the same, no matter the names used..... Leftism, always the Left hand of God, the perversion of truth and right.

Some examples:

Liberals
Ecclesiastes 10:2 ESV
A wise man's heart inclines him to the right, but a fool's heart to the left.

Revelation 17:13 ESV
These are of one mind, and they hand over their power and authority to the beast.

1 John 2:19 ESV
They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us. But they went out, that it might become plain that they all are not of us.

Psalm 59:14-15 ESV
Each evening they come back, howling like dogs and prowling about the city. They wander about for food and growl if they do not get their fill.

2 Samuel 19:5-6 ESV
Then Joab came into the house to the king and said, “You have today covered with shame the faces of all your servants, who have this day saved your life and the lives of your sons and your daughters and the lives of your wives and your concubines, because you love those who hate you and hate those who love you. For you have made it clear today that commanders and servants are nothing to you, for today I know that if Absalom were alive and all of us were dead today, then you would be pleased.

2 Timothy 3:1-5 ESV
But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.

2 Timothy 2:26 ESV
And they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will.

1 Timothy 4:1-3 ESV
Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons, through the insincerity of liars whose consciences are seared, who forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.

2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 ESV
The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Ephesians 5:6 ESV
Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.

2 Corinthians 11:14
And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.

John 12:6 ESV
He said this, not because he cared about the poor, but because he was a thief, and having charge of the moneybag he used to help himself to what was put into it.

Luke 6:32-35 ESV
“If you love those who love you, what benefit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who do good to you, what benefit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to those from whom you expect to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, to get back the same amount. But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil.

Mark 7:28 ESV
But she answered him, “Yes, Lord; yet even the dogs under the table eat the children's crumbs.”

Mark 7:20-23 ESV
And he said, “What comes out of a person is what defiles him. For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within, and they defile a person.”

Matthew 12:26 ESV
And if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?

Malachi 2:5-9 ESV
My covenant with him was one of life and peace, and I gave them to him. It was a covenant of fear, and he feared me. He stood in awe of my name. True instruction was in his mouth, and no wrong was found on his lips. He walked with me in peace and uprightness, and he turned many from iniquity. For the lips of a priest should guard knowledge, and people should seek instruction from his mouth, for he is the messenger of the Lord of hosts. But you have turned aside from the way. You have caused many to stumble by your instruction. You have corrupted the covenant of Levi, says the Lord of hosts, and so I make you despised and abased before all the people, inasmuch as you do not keep my ways but show partiality in your instruction.”

Ezekiel 33:32 ESV
And behold, you are to them like one who sings lustful songs with a beautiful voice and plays well on an instrument, for they hear what you say, but they will not do it.

Ezekiel 3:27 ESV
But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God.’ He who will hear, let him hear; and he who will refuse to hear, let him refuse, for they are a rebellious house.

Ecclesiastes 9:18 ESV
Wisdom is better than weapons of war, but one sinner destroys much good.

Proverbs 29:9 ESV
If a wise man has an argument with a fool, the fool only rages and laughs, and there is no quiet.

Proverbs 18:9 ESV
Whoever is slack in his work is a brother to him who destroys.

Proverbs 16:4 ESV
The Lord has made everything for its purpose, even the wicked for the day of trouble.

Proverbs 14:6 ESV
A scoffer seeks wisdom in vain, but knowledge is easy for a man of understanding.

Proverbs 9:7-9 ESV
Whoever corrects a scoffer gets himself abuse, and he who reproves a wicked man incurs injury. Do not reprove a scoffer, or he will hate you; reprove a wise man, and he will love you. Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning.

Psalm 2:1-3 ESV
Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying, “Let us burst their bonds apart and cast away their cords from us.”

2 Samuel 1:19-20 ESV
“Your glory, O Israel, is slain on your high places! How the mighty have fallen! Tell it not in Gath, publish it not in the streets of Ashkelon, lest the daughters of the Philistines rejoice, lest the daughters of the uncircumcised exult.

Judges 16:23-24 ESV
Now the lords of the Philistines gathered to offer a great sacrifice to Dagon their god and to rejoice, and they said, “Our god has given Samson our enemy into our hand.” And when the people saw him, they praised their god. For they said, “Our god has given our enemy into our hand, the ravager of our country, who has killed many of us.”

Revelation 22:11-12 ESV
Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy.” “Behold, I am coming soon, bringing my recompense with me, to repay everyone for what he has done.

Revelation 2:10 ESV
Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and for ten days you will have tribulation. Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.

2 Peter 2:19-22 ESV
They promise them freedom, but they themselves are slaves of corruption. For whatever overcomes a person, to that he is enslaved. For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first. For it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them. What the true proverb says has happened to them: “The dog returns to its own vomit, and the sow, after washing herself, returns to wallow in the mire.”

2 Peter 2:12 ESV
But these, like irrational animals, creatures of instinct, born to be caught and destroyed, blaspheming about matters of which they are ignorant, will also be destroyed in their destruction,

1 Peter 4:14 ESV
If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you.

2 Timothy 3:12 ESV
Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted,

1 Timothy 2:1-2 ESV
First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way.

Ephesians 4:17-24 ESV
Now this I say and testify in the Lord, that you must no longer walk as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their minds. They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, due to their hardness of heart. They have become callous and have given themselves up to sensuality, greedy to practice every kind of impurity. But that is not the way you learned Christ!— assuming that you have heard about him and were taught in him, as the truth is in Jesus, ...

1 Corinthians 2:14 ESV
The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.

1 Corinthians 1:26-29 ESV
For consider your calling, brothers: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human being might boast in the presence of God.

Habakkuk 1:3-5 ESV

For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law. They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them on that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus.

John 8:44 ESV
You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

Romans 16:17-18 ESV

Nobody has said love isn't the way. We are talking ideology's here and powers of darkenss and light.
I've mentioned my roommates several times in how much they embrace wickedness.
But, they love me.... because I show them love. We also don't generally talk about ideology's, but if we did, there would still be respect.

But at this sort of place..... you all have no problem condemning what you think is evil about the Church, about liberalism, and the people invovled, including mockery etc. Yet, heaven forbid you are shown who you really are, and condemned for it, further showing how truly evil you people are.

Once again, you aren't Jesus. Jesus was very clear in his instructions to his disciples in how they should treat other people.

The only reason I've pushed back at you on this is that you cited Jesus as support for your behavior. I don't claim to have Jesus's stamp of approval on my behavior, although I think he taught some very valuable things. You're just another religious hypocrite -- exactly the kind of people Jesus condemned most harshly.

Dear Ceeboo,

Ldsfaqs is really Santa? No wonder I keep getting coal in my stocking with a short note that just says "LIAR".
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.
