I wonder if we'll see a spike in accidental shootings in Utah next year. I really wish that gun owners and their household were required to pass some tests before acquiring the weapons

A licensing system would help to eliminate this problem. People buying guns for this purpose will end up killing more then are being killed by Islamic radicals in the US.
