I think the only hat that Cruz would look good in is a balaclava.

And since we're on the topic of Canada I'm waiting for the Newfie jokes to begin

I need a female perspective on this. Is it my imagination, or is Cruz only slightly better looking than Steve Buscemi?

He reminds me of a fatter headed version of Frank Burns (M*A*S*H).

Frank Burns eats worms!

He reminds me of Mr Haney, from Green Acres.

I find him really creepy. And not just politically, but as a person. It's just a vibe, but I can't escape it.

Yes, but the article said in Quebec they give them all tuques.

I'm right there with you. Something about him is... disconcerting. I'd like to chalk it up to the pregnant pauses in his speeches (like he's expecting applause but not getting it), but I tend to think he's just a strange person.

***smacks forehead***. Completely misunderstood. It's entirely possible that in Alberta they give them a compass and map of routes to B. C. Or Montana.

I googled Cruz because I wanted to trigger my memory for who he reminded me of, and found an article entitled, "Is Ted Cruz Ready for His Close-Up?"

The real question is, Are *we* ready for his close-up?
