I'll add this.

I used to consider the sons of Helaman and the older generation (some of whom died refusing to lift a sword) as the best examples of selfless courage.

However, as of today, those Kenyan Muslims have toppled the sons of Helaman (and the older Ammonites). In my view, those Kenyans are the most selfless, heroic people I have ever heard of.

I don't get out much. Perhaps such heroism happens more often than I'm aware. I'd love to hear similar things. (It sure beats watching the if-it-bleeds-it-leads evening news...which I stopped watching long long ago.)

People doing good things is sometimes hard to find. People doing bad things seems to be what sells. But I've found that the more I look, the more I find. Sometimes confirmation bias has happy side effects. :-)

Why are usually so quick to condemn Christians with a variety of Bible " instructions", but neglect to offer the same consideration to Muslims?
