That may be true. So too would be countries like the UK. I love the scenic beauty of Scotland and Wales for example. Just no desire to actually live there. Traveling is something else. I'd love to if were able to.

My ancestors hail from the UK and Western Europe. Since learning about many of my Jewish relatives who didn't survive the Holocaust I lost any interest in some of those countries, especially with anti-Semitism on the rise again globally.

It still isn't safe there despite Jews making a comeback in Europe. More are fleeing there for either Israel or the USA.

Actually just being Caucasian is becoming the new minority both in America and Europe. But so far that is not a suspect class for racial profiling yet anyway.

I don't care for Trump's racial overtones either. He's pretty racist considering some of his outlandish statements so far that were uncensored at the time he made them. Then he retracts them later after getting called on the carpet over and over.

I don't believe Trump is a NAZI as of yet. But he does fancy himself as a Fascist.

It's always tempting to fantasize about moving in the event your country elects a leader who is ideologically opposite of yourself. All I can say is that every country has its issues, and it wouldn't be long before you were contemplating leaving again. Your leader will never be perfect.

My wife and daughter keep talking about returning to our home country if Trump is elected, and I keep saying that we would pay much more to do that than to just stay and try to change the system from within. Despite the legitimate concern over a potential Trump presidency, our lifestyle is pretty good, and it wouldn't be if we went back home.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.
