This is what I infer from the phrase. It's really about minorities becoming a bigger voice in America, and the white majority shrinking. If we could just kick out a few foreigners (at least, the brownish ones), America could be great again.
I do have some agreement that all of America's problems are due to immigrants, given the fact that Native American families are the only ones that aren't immigrants.
