"Church job seekers are being asked if they were sexually abused as children based on the false belief that victims will become abusers. The worst part—this discrimination is legal."

It's horrible and creepy...and yet I get it. From a legal standpoint, churches are having their lawyers work backward from a nightmare scenario: "You mean you hired Mister Schlongmeister not knowing that he was sexually molested as a child? Don't you know that people who've been abused are at a much greater risk of abusing?" Then the court slaps on another sizeable fine for negligence.

The Ark-La-Tx Crisis Pregnancy Center, an anti-abortion clinic in Bossier, Louisiana, asks [applicants] “When do you feel sexual intercourse is morally permissible?”

If I answered "Premarital intercourse is only permissible among gay couples, because then there could be no pregnancy", Do you think I'd be in line for a second interview?
