Trump is predicted to win by Artificial Intelligence

Post by _AmyJo »

And Professor Lichtman, who hasn't been wrong in 30 years of doing his predictions on who will take the White House.

He made his prediction prior to Friday's bombshell.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the ... trump-win/

Artificial Intelligence has placed Trump well ahead of Clinton on Election Day, also before Friday's bombshell by FBI Director Comey.

The times they are a'changin' people.

Trump will win the election and is more popular than Obama in 2008, A.I. system finds

"An artificial intelligence system that correctly predicted the last three U.S. presidential elections puts Republican nominee Donald Trump ahead of Democrat rival Hillary Clinton in the race for the White House.

MogIA was developed by Sanjiv Rai, founder of Indian start-up Genic.A.I.. It takes in 20 million data points from public platforms including Google, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube in the U.S. and then analyzes the information to create predictions.

The A.I. system was created in 2004, so it has been getting smarter all the time. It had already correctly predicted the results of the Democratic and Republican Primaries.

Data such as engagement with tweets or Facebook Live videos have been taken into account. The result is that Trump has overtaken the engagement numbers of Barack Obama's peak in 2008 — the year he was elected president — by 25 percent."

Trump is going to win and that's all that matters at this point.

Whether we like it or not, support him or not, doesn't matter.

He will be our next Commander-in-Chief (Lord have mercy!)

Hillary's battle with the FBI, Constitutional crisis, grand jury investigation etc., will be dust under our feet.

If I'm wrong, I'll buy you all milkshakes on the house.

If I'm right, hahahaha, I'll buy me a milkshake on the house (spiked with rum.)

Trump is a teetotaler. You'll have to have it without the rum.

did you read the references you posted? Do you understand that the prof's 'prediction' is based on a specific and extremely unlikely third party %age outcome, and that that information is not available until the election? Are you aware of the history of third party voting, and the extremely low probability that the %age will be met, thus changing the professor's prediction to the incumbent party?

I'll hold you to that milkshake.

The professor's been mathematically right for the past 30 years he's been making his predictions.

The A.I. guy has been correct for as long as he's been doing it, this term will be his fourth.

A.I. is not poll based. The A.I. science is more accurate based on his methodology than the biased news outlets are, a.k.a. pollsters. Neither the professor or the computer guy have a dog in this fight either way.

They're simply making their predictions based on the social science data they've analyzed.

Correctly predicting the Presidential elections since 1984 is supposed to be impressive? We're talking about a dozen elections, so which one of those winners was really a huge surprise? The point is there are probably tons of folks who have correctly predicted these elections.

Clinton Maintains National Lead Over Trump Despite FBI Letter

This professor appears to be talking about popular votes and doesn't even get into the electoral college which is really what matters here. I'll stick with Nate Silver who has accurately predicted state by state results with uncanny precision.

The only thing wrong is that this assumes the past is equal to the Future. Just because it's been correct three times in a row has absolutely nothing to do with another time whether it's a fourth time or a fifth time, etc.

I'm probably out of bounds here and I apologize if that is so however, Amy Jo you seem so mesmerized by science when it suits your purposes but ignore it when it doesn't especially when it comes to its lacking of evidence for your God.

I shared with one of my children who drinks about Trump's children being teetolars. The response? "Ma, you expect me not to drink because the Trump children don't?"

To which I replied, why not? They're good kids. Look how well they turned out, despite their dad.

I believe Ivana had more to do with their upbringing than the Donald did. But they still turned out remarkably well.
