Obama's last conference
Ok, forget the rather impotent demeanor of the media for Obama's last press conference and consider what Obama actually said:
"So, with respect to WikiLeaks, I don’t see a contradiction. First of all, I haven’t commented on WikiLeaks generally. The conclusions of the intelligence community with respect to the Russian hacking were not conclusive as to whether WikiLeaks was witting or not in being the conduit through which we heard about the DNC e-mails that were leaked.
...
Well, a couple of things. Number one, I think it is in America’s interest and the world’s interest that we have a constructive relationship with Russia. That’s been my approach throughout my presidency. Where our interests have overlapped we’ve worked together.”

(also, can anyone find in the transcript where the press approached the subject of Obama keeping us at war for 8 years)

Or the 8 years of war under Bush Jr.
by the way Obama never ran as a antiwar President. He was and is against stupid wars.

That is equivalent to Kerry saying " I was for the Iraq war before I was against it" and now you paste a link of Obama speaking at a anti war rally.
And you say he did not run as a anti war president, when he clearly did...

plus you seem to forget that while Obama was against the war in Iraq, he was for the war in Afghanistan, and stated it many times in his first election bid. And he said he would go into Pakistan mountains after terrorists.

Why would the press ask Obama about Bush ?
(You know the "Bush did it" excuse is way tired by now, right? )

Read for comprehension. Obama didn't run as a antiwar President. Just as an anti-stupid war President. I'll leave it to history to decide if killing Bin Laden was stupid or not.

What about the killing of Saddom...? He was way more the tyrant, and killed far more people than Bin Ladin.
Personally I believe all wars are stupid...but for arguments sake, and using the antonym for stupid, is the war in Afghanistan somehow smart?
Obama ran and was part of the antiwar movement, but ironically the movement ended with Obama, but the wars have not.
And remember one of his antiwar promises was to empty Gitmo, not mention ending the wars in Iraq, and Afghanistan.

I have some problems with Obama, aside from the fact that I lean libertarian. Eric Holder was a disaster. The Fast and Furious debacle was a horrible mess that he compounded. The gutting of NASA is awful. The improvements promised at the VA never happened. Syria and Libya were not handled well. The roll out of Obamacare was awful. The awarding of the Nobel Prize was an embarrassment. The ACA itself never came to work as promised. These have been mistakes that could have been avoided, in my opinion. And there have been others.
But I would rank him a good deal higher than Bush and Clinton. Like it or not, he has probably been the most successful Democratic president since FDR. And he did not have to do the gross overreach that FDR did, although I'm sure the Christian Right, with its horror of "sodomy", would consider equality the most horrific change of the administration.

"Higher than Bush or Clinton"?
"Most successful since FDR"?
Wow that's some rhetoric. How exactly do you figure?
Can you actual list, like you did above, the specific policies from Obama that you consider more successful than FDR abd higher than B/C?
I am curious as to what you think Obama actually achieved, and how you think he achieved that.
