As some of you may be aware Patton Oswalt's wife died a year ago rather "suddenly" and "unexpectedly".

While his release of details recently attempts to season it with some "natural cause" flavor...my question is - how does one gain access to adderall, xanax, and fentanyl, without understanding the obvious risks, and the obvious abuse implications?
Simply another privileged celebrity bubble bursting?
