When animals become politicians

Post by _moksha »

Just when you think no politician could be more feral than Sarah Palin, just get take a glance at the dog who was mayor of Talkeetna, Alaska.

While this dog would never take payola from Alaskan oil interests, most likely he would not turn down a biscuit. Just don't expect any tricks in return.

I wonder if any of these animals were hired for speaking engagements after their term of a small feline.

The pro-choice cats probably ran on a campaign slogan of Spay, Don't Litter. Of perhaps, Oh spay, can you see? although that's a good way to neuter your career.

I'm skeptical of the whole thing. That dog don't hunt... although I suppose we did elect an orangutan for President. You can't miss the family resemblance.

Or perhaps being small felines they might become grabbable by Donald Trump.
