Trump Continues to Profit for being President
How is this legal? Trump will mark the first anniversary of his inauguration with a celebration at Mar-a-Lago, with tickets starting at $100,000 a pair, Bloomberg reports. That amount will pay for dinner and a photo. For $250,000, a couple can take part in a roundtable.

its a fundraiser you moron...and Obama used his office to sell books etc, so save your hair for a more meaningful, or at least more intelligent, argument.

It says it right in the article you linked to. This is how.
The event, hosted by Ronna Romney McDaniel, the chairwoman of the Republican National Committee, and the casino mogul Steve Wynn, will benefit the Trump presidential campaign and the RNC.
