No doubt Salcido thinks his “History degree” Trump's this “low life” General Kelly’s academic and real world accomplishments! After all - he is on city council of Pico Rivera!!!!!! And no doubt he will use his superior education to debate and educate General Kelly on his shortcomings on being a loser and disgrace to his family and our country!

Stand up and applaud for educated straight talk about the freedom of this country (versus how many other countries???) and duly earned lashing this despicable HS teacher deserved for his anal comments, that clearly demonstrated HIS LOW LEVEL of education and ability. (Come on folks - how hard is it to get a degree in history?)

Isn't this the same guy who said Trump was given bad information about a wall, had changed his views, and then proceeded to shut the hell up like a good "Yes Man"? Hard to imagine Kelly playing right into FOX News' agenda of manufactured outrage.

I wonder what his view is on people who have a low opinion of POWs because they were captured.

How hard is it to get a bowling trophy while good men are dying half a world away? Looks like it was pretty easy.

I know your boy is used to peasants like you sucking his dick, but he's in a bigger league now. He isn't bigger than America or its laws or Constitution.

Not wanting to comment too much on something that is purely a manufactured controversy, I will say this.

The teacher in question was being deliberately provocative in a private conversation with his class. If we were part of the conversation we could ask that he qualify what he is talking about. Does he really think West Point graduates are losers who couldn't do anything else with their lives? Green Berets? Surely that wasn't his point.

So what was his point? There is no way we are going to know from how the secret recording is being filtered by faux news. But I do recall that when I was in high school, the military recruiters played hardball with the same kinds of lines in the other direction--if you get a job or go to college rather than joining the army, then you are a loser. It isn't a bad thing to hear the other side, even with some hyperbole for rhetorical effect.

People who gasp that such conversations are had at schools and don't want their kids exposed to anything that a teacher might think or believe that isn't on the curriculum that was approved by the Discovery Institute must have an extremely low view of the kids themselves. Once my daughter came home and said that her home economics teacher went on a big rage against atheists and explained in some detail that everything about the natural world definitively proved the existence of God. From what I heard, everything about it was wrong--it was the wrong subject in the wrong class by a lady who knew how to cook but knew nothing about science, filled with information that was nothing but wrong. We had a conversation about it and laughed, and that was it. I didn't call up the principal and complain, much less have my kid secretly record the conversation so that it can be submitted as a propaganda piece posing as news.
