A Russian National named Maria Butina is accused of infiltrating the NRA to influence the Republican party.

The details in there are quite eyebrow raising. The document redacts the name of the Republican Party and the NRA as [Political Party #1] and [GUN RIGHTS ORGANIZATION] respectively. This creates a comic effect that makes the document worth reading for that alone. But my goodness are the alleged contents of intercepted communications described here troubling.

Correction: Not a Mueller arrest, but rather a parallel investigation that compliments and predates Mueller’s.

This story will not get much traction since it came on the heel of the yesterday's Helsinki press conference. But his story is waaaaay more important than Trump being nice to Putin.

Actually, Trump has just flipflopped on this one. Now he says he does believe the US intelligence community. See the other thread.

Ya know, it is possible to disagree with the findings in one case but agree with the findings in another...its not an all or nothing type of arrangement. Blind allegiance is for Obama supporters.
