To help fill in the inevitable post asking what the link was about, here is the story.

According to South Africa’s Citizen newspaper, during former President Barack Obama’s trip to South Africa this week, the United States Embassy was instructed by Trump not to help Obama in any way, other than basic security.

The high-profile visit by Obama was mostly arranged and coordinated by the Nelson Mandela and Obama Foundations, with no assistance from the U.S. embassy in Pretoria, South Africa, which is a break from the diplomatic tradition of offering support to any visiting American leader.

President Obama was in South Africa for a celebration of the 100th anniversary of Nelson Mandela’s birth.

Trump may or may not have asked Sean Hannity if there was any way Nelson Mandela's birthday party could be canceled in order to spite former President Barack Obama.

Lol. If so, just another example from the pettiest and most juvenile President ever.

Not to mention probably the most dishonest and corrupt President ever--certainly the most openly and shamelessly corrupt.

Snopes asked the State Department for confirmation? This could only be ascertained off the record and by the US South African Embassy. The story has believability because it sounds like something Trump would do.
