While I am certainly no fan of Sharpton - I thought the letter he read from President Obama what especially well done and beautiful.
by the way - I didn't attend the funeral but because of a business appointment I had somewhere else in the city, I had to drive through the area of Detroit where the funeral was taking place. There were hundreds of people in the streets (A mix of all races, ages and ethnicities) dancing, talking, crying and gathering together (All seeming to unite). It was so cool, in my opinion, that I pulled over so that I could experience what I was seeing a little longer. After I left and starting driving again to my destination, I started to think to myself - I wonder what it would be like in if a non-politician like Aretha - rather than a non-politician like Trump - was the current President of the United States. Again, I was just thinking about it.............
RIP Aretha!

Trump wasn't invited to funeral and McCain calls for the high road in the wake of his demise....aaaaannnnd all the Democrats can do is use his funeral as a platform to talk about Trump and miss ogling Arianna's boo-tay.
