According to USA Today, "Ford, 51, is a professor and research psychologist who teaches research design and education clinical psychology at Palo Alto University and in a consortium program with Stanford University’s School of Medicine. Palo Alto University, located in Palo Alto, California, is a professional school that offers undergraduate and graduate programs in psychology, counseling and research. It is also home to a consortium program with Stanford University’s School of Medicine that grants students a doctorate in clinical psychology. Ford's position there was confirmed by the university. She is a biostatistician who works with students at the university on experimental and clinical trial design and data analysis, according to the university’s website." https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/201 ... 339485002/

I believe her too. Why would she have made up this story 5 years ago while in family counseling with her husband and then not gone public with it until now? Brett Cavanaugh was relatively unknown at the time. She had nothing to gain by accusing him, and potentially a lot to lose. She knew she risked being subject to attack and ridicule for exposing this story, and that is proving already to be true--in spades! She passed a lie detector test, confirming her sincerity.
Cavanaugh, on the other hand, has been shown to have lied under oath on several occasions, including during the recent confirmation hearings in Congress, and could easily be subject to trial and conviction for perjury, but probably won't be, because the GOP congressmen are either too spineless or too dishonorable to bring such charges against one of their own--no matter how well justified. His demonstrated instances of lying under oath are enough to disqualify him from even the position he already holds--let alone the position of Supreme Court Justice!
I find her much more credible than him!

No precept or claim is more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

We really are seeing the true colors of the GOP these days. They believe in freedom... to sexually assault without fear of consequences.
Damn #metoo movement. Now we have to defend what has generally gone unsaid all this time. What a rip.

But only for their fellow Republicans (especially Trumpists). Heaven forbid that a Democrat politician should ever be allowed to get away with even the mildest of sexual harassement or inuendo!

True. It's only wrong when a Democrat grabs pussy without permission.

Seems a character witness for the judge was not careful what he put in his yearbook.

Any senator who votes to confirm Kavanaugh's nomination deserves to be voted out of office!

Glad to see that solely based on partisan presupposition you have made such an emotional exception to your "general" principle.
