Rosenstein may or may not be done

After an initial report presumably leaked from the Trump admin indicating Rosenstein was resigning, the past several hours have had journalists going back and forth on whether he is done.
If he's out, it's technically possible he gets replaced with someone who shares his integrity, but more likely, that's the beginning of the end of the Special Counsel investigation.
