I was just thinking that this whole Kavanaugh situation hadn't gotten political enough, and I wish there was some other agenda that could be dashed on, like sprinkles on a cupcake. Thank you for adding to the sprinkles.

I think that it is a bit harsh on a parent who lost a child at Parkland to refer to his interjection as 'sprinkles'.

What happened to sheriff Arpaio after he got convicted? Is his life ruined?

As long as there is a Republican party, no amount of depravity is beyond the reach of their praise and admiration.

I eagerly await some sort of accounting from anyone on how Kavanaugh’s life has been ‘ruined’.

I’m sure that the replies will be numerous, so I’ve staked out a good deal of bandwidth below for this, and will go make some popcorn for the crowds while I await the deluge. I’ll bring back tissues, too.

I don't know about Kavanaugh himself, but I have to admit to a measure of compassion for his family. I don't think they asked for this.

Well that's for damn sure.

Yes your child being murdered is definitively worse. But being accused of gang rape in the press isn’t nothing if you’re innocent. These allegations will be what defines him for the rest of his life. It may be all people remember about him.
