CNN's Christine Romans tells you your chances of winning the $1.6 billion jackpot, which is less than your chances of getting struck by lighting or dying in an asteroid strike.

That doesn't sound like a legit legal cause...especially in the context of OP....and especially since "hurt business" is likely unproven at this point.

Google is not a research study. How many people died from an asteroid strike last year? and how many people won the jackpot?
