Yeah, not as important as paying a stripper but does anyone realize #winningagain?

So, while even Kushner is getting applauded is there anyone who thinks this is a deserved congratulations?

Were folks talking about strippers, or the guys who screw them while married and then create shell companies to pay them to keep quiet about it while lying during their presidential campaigns?

Yes, all of which is relevant to the point of nada with regards to the admin of the executive office, but as i said this is "not as important" to posters like you, because it impacts actual lives and not just the Twitter feed of heartbroken Obama-ites.

Dear subgenius,

To what does your opening post refer, specifically?

The bipartisan support, the endorsement from Spartacus, and the glaring need in our society for a President and Legislature to take this action. Considering also wages and unemployment rates, Trump has now done more for more African Americans than any previous President since Lincoln.

Is the thread title and question(s) too vague? or ambiguous? The Criminal Juatice Reform Bill has been on most everyone's radar, correct?

I understand that many would rather focus on what they assume will be an inevitable Kushner investigation once the unimaginative Democrats take hold in January, but the reality is that this Criminal Justice Reform Bill passing is a political win for the Executive Branch, and yet another positive accomplishment for the USA.

I'd be more suspicious about it if it weren't DJT. But yeah, I think it's in the best interest of everyone. Imprisoning people is expensive and often times seems to do little more than punish society a second time. Don't expect very many on this board to say something positive about DJT regardless of what he does. They're not objective thinkers.

You'd think they'd be happy to see my disappointment in the efforts to build the wall and enforce the law before the opportunity is lost forever. I did think the debate between DJT, Pelosi, and Schumer being televised was a good idea. The world could see how much the Democrats want to hide issue from voters since they know they're going to lose again if they campaign on it in the near future.

Thanks. I'm not overly familiar with this issue other than reading a few headliners that it's something that has or had bipartisan support. What was it about the bill that a regular Joe like myself should know and appreciate?

Except that you created a thread about this same legislation weeks ago and in doing so chose a partisan slant that also exposed your ignorance on the history of this legislation. So much for your supposed level of attention, either then or now.

At least it was good to have Kushner’s personal family experience with lawbreaking and imprisonment, as well as any possible future threat of the same to the current bunch in Washington, lend a greater sense of urgency to anything associated with ‘prison reform’. ; )
