So Sarah Sanders, speaking for the White House is saying that 4,000 known terrorists 'came across [the US's] southern border', whereas in fact that is really the number of people prevented from boarding flights to the US worldwide?

The habit of flat out lying seems to be spreading like a moral Ebola amongst everybody in contact with Trump.

"The President wants his wall': so just say whatever gets it for him. If necessary use 'alternative facts'. Where is this happening - Washington or Pyongyang?

Yeah, and then when Trump is asked if there is a safety net for the hundreds of thousands of Federal workers who won't get a pay check, he responds with a rant about how the Wall is their safety net because they'll be physically safe.

Listen you dumb mother idiot. The half million workers who aren't getting paid for their work aren't in any danger from immigrants crossing the border. They're in economic danger thanks to your stupidity. The number of illegal aliens living in the US is at its lowest point since 2004. Treating this like a crisis is insulting our intelligence. Mind you, the criteria for being a "suspected terrorist" is extremely loose and shouldn't be taken as one in the same with preventing a terrorist from entering the country. That's a minor correction to the bigger lie, but it gets me every time.

Thing is, even if they have apprehended 4,000 terrorists at the border, this just proves the current system is working since they've all been apprehended without a wall.

How many terrorist attacks have taken place because of a terrorist crossing from Mexico?

Hrm. How many of the 9/11 terrorists came across the unsecured part of the southern border....

Only one of the 19 hijackers came to the U.S. on a student visa. The rest arrived here on tourist or business visas.

what difference does a wall make then? Its like 1/10 of a percent of the budget....why do you even care if the wall gets built? I mean, can you even compose an argument why the wall shouldn't be built?...you already admit that there is wall, and you admit that wall can work in places and maybe not in others.
So, are you just against a physical wall but support an administrative wall? or do you just believe "border" is a concept that has run its course and border patrol and customs should be completely abolished?
