Trump's Republican party is not really the party of the middle class. And Trump's tariffs are essentially a tax increase on American consumers.

New Mexico is listed as #2 on that list, and NM is not a red state. Obama won New Mexico in 2008 and in 2012, and Hillary won NM in 2016. And both of New Mexico's Senators are Democrats.
