How the Budget will affect those poor red states

There just aren't any good paying jobs in the US I take it?
And when the confederates saw Jackson standing fearless as a stone wall the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

Perhaps we should flood the market with millions of people desperate to work, which in turn will, apparently, increase the overall economic health of the US? That seems to be the prevailing argument for the current immigration crisis.

It would have a more positive effect on the economy then taking from the poor and giving to the rich. One has to wonder why a billionaire wants to give to himself and take from the poor.
