I love this nickname Joe Scarborough came up with. He's been a Republican before, and he knows how that team operates: find something simple to say which degrades the other side, and repeat it over and over and over until it sticks.
I don't think anyone should be able to refer to McConnell without saying Moscow Mitch. He is, after all, another Russian stooge.
