on CSPAN (1200pm est 18Oct2019), Scalise and Hoyer are debating impeachment inquiry and Hoyer is getting owned. Yet another exposure of how flimsy this latest DNC tactic has been constructed. Anyone else paying attention?

What's there to debate?
The President has committed numerous impeachable offenses. That's not debatable anymore. Even the Trump TV Network has stated this on numerous occasions.
What's the "DNC Tactic"? Was it a DNC tactic that made Trump do impeachable things?
Scalise is complaining about Pelosi holding the inquiry without a vote and we know this drives Trump absolutely bonkers because he likes to be in control and he wants to be able to figure out who is saying what so he can preemptively call them names and threaten them, but the Constitution is clear. Pelosi gets to say how this inquiry will be conducted, not Trump and not his henchmen. Maybe they should just "get over it."

So, is the person "getting owned" pro-impeachment or anti-impeachment?

Presumably, a guy ranting on and on about unfairness is his idea of owning.
Here is a Republican legal expert explaining why Republicans like this guy are wrong.
